Lands End Surveying, Inc. is owned and operated by Larry E. Stegall, a Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Florida, license #4747. After becoming licensed in 1989 , Larry worked for various survey & engineering firms in the Pensacola area before starting Lands End Surveying, Inc. in 1994. (Florida Licensed Business #6832)
In 1997 Lands End Surveying, Inc. purchased the assets of David R. Butler Surveying, Inc. which was at that, time located in Gulf Breeze, Florida. This acquisition expanded Lands End's capabilities & services offered.
Lands End Surveying, Inc. remained in the Gulf Breeze location until the onslaught of Hurricane Ivan in 2004 which left the office unusable. The business relocated to Pensacola, Florida where we continued our professional services to all of Escambia, Santa Rosa & Okaloosa counties. Office location is 8192 Six Pence Drive, Pensacola, Florida 32514.
Larry's professionalism is a direct result of his education and the experience gained from various employment positions he has held. After graduation from the Defense Mapping Agency in Washington, D.C. in 1979, Larry served several years performing geodetic survey work for the U.S. Government and U.S. Air Force. He combines that knowledge with skills acquired during his 25 plus years of surveying in Northwest Florida. Also, the knowledge gained while working with a local title agency as a title examiner allows Larry to provide his clients with prompt and professional services tailored to meet their needs. All of these skills combined enhance his abilities to solve potential problems before they become a hindrance to the client or to the transaction. Our goal at Lands End Surveying, Inc., is to do whatever it takes to make the closing date and to have a successful transaction.
Larry's College Degrees and Advanced Training include: Pensacola Junior College (1975); Defense Mapping Agency, School of Surveying (1979); Los Angeles Metropolitan College (1981) and Florida Department of Law Enforcement Academy (1992).
Larry's professional affiliations include: American Congress on Surveying and Mapping; Florida Surveying and Mapping Society and its’ Local Chapter; Pensacola Association of Realtors.
